Project Management

Our Project Managers enable publishers to balance the demands of the authors, in-house staff, and the printers, with our editorial and content production teams, addressing issues before they become problems, and delivering more efficient production and faster turnaround than by any other method. Our flexible offshore production and service models let the customer have customized workflows to meet their individual needs.

Functions of our Project Managers include:

  • Coordinating with copyediting, composition, and indexing teams.
  • Handling the review process.
  • Working together with publishers, editors, and professional proofreaders.
  • Monitoring schedules and targets.
  • Collating revisions received from authors, editors, proofreaders onto a common “master proof” from which the corrections are quickly incorporated into the electronic file.
  • Contacting authors to seek copyright permissions for the use of their artwork.
